So I never realized how exhausting chasing your dream can be. Pursuing what I hope will be a very positive life change for our family is wearing me out. It seems like the closer we get to turning in the loan application, the more things just go really, really, wrong!! (The dishwasher and the garage door quit working, our sprinker system is configured all wrong, Lizzie is teething all 4 molars at once and not sleeping....)I am trying to stay positive though and keep looking towards the end result. I am really greatful to have Chris being so supportive of me and the whole process. I don't know what I would do without him. Through all of these mishaps I am beginning to see how our marriage is transitioning from flowers and butterflies into stone and mortar. I feel like we are building a really strong foundation that will support us for the rest of our lives together, both good and bad.
I will keep everyone posted and fill you in on what we're doing as soon as the financing comes through.

where does the time go?!?!
So 5 months have zipped by. Ali is doing great in school. Reading Harry Potter #1 if you can believe it!! And she is maturing so fast it makes my head spin. All I can think is wait! I need to catch up, but I never can....
I have the same emotions with Ethan but that is because I literally cannot keep up with him!! He is so darn fast, amd he's into everything at once! He seems more and more interested in reading/letters, and with math. Now that the DREADED shots are over he is starting to become excited for kindergarten.
Lizzy is Hysterical. She has tons of signs and is starting to talk and already has a sense of Humor. About two weeks ago we were blessing the food at dinner and she wouldn't stop making noises (trying to get the kids to look at her) Finally I lokked over at her and before I could say/do anything she puts her finger to her lips and shushes me!!! I died I about lost it during the prayer!! Unfortunatley Ethan saw it and he did lose it. Needless to say it wasn't our most Spiritual moment!!
I am tired (Lizzy's teething strikes again!) So I am off to bed but I will post more tommorow.
